Lisa Ottmann

Lisa Ottmann is a Partner in Longview’s Calgary office. Lisa has extensive experience in strategic communications and issues management, including special situations such as shareholder activism, hostile take-over bids, mergers and acquisitions and leadership change. Prior to joining Longview, Lisa spent almost 20 years working as an investor relations practitioner, including 15 years leading the investor relations department at oilfield service and exploration and production companies in Calgary. During her time as an investor relations practitioner, Lisa was twice named Canada’s Best Investor Relations Officer (small cap) by IR Magazine. Prior to moving into investor relations, Lisa worked as an accountant in Canada, the UK, Australia and New Zealand. Lisa holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting from the University of Canterbury in New Zealand.
