Nick joined Longview's Toronto office as an Associate in January 2011. Nick has played an active role in developing and executing strategic communications plans for client engagements, including mergers, take-overs and hostile take-over defences, restructurings and insolvency proceedings, proxy contests, and ongoing corporate communications activities. In addition to providing in-depth stakeholder research and analysis and social media expertise, Nick led Longview's work on a recent private acquisition in the consumer packaged foods industry, and is providing ongoing public relations support for one of Canada's most distinguished corporate governance organizations. His client experience spans the mining, energy, financial services, technology, manufacturing, consumer packaged goods, agriculture, retail, engineering and non-profit sectors.

Nick has a BSc from Queen's University and an MA from Royal Roads University, where he was a recipient of a Joseph-Armand Bombardier Master's Scholarship from the Social Sciences and Humanities Research Council of Canada. Prior to joining Longview, Nick was an intern Communications Officer in the Immediate Office of President Clinton at the Clinton Foundation.
